Unless you happen to get a rare good manager this company will demand you do your job, your coworkers job, part of your manager's job, and then the work that your coworkers would have done if they would actually hire the people they need. Then management will angry you didn't do more. Everyday.

Even though I do my job and various other people's jobs it's never enough for management. I always need to do more for them. I'm not even paid a living wage for all this work.

My coworkers are allowed to do nothing at work and speak to management and other coworkers rudely and yet see no disciplinary action. Management needs to stop ignoring this and other problems they don't want to deal with.
