Que faut-il changer pour améliorer la culture de l’entreprise?

A lot needs to be done. i want to quit but my managers keep telling me to stay because they dont have enough employees. due to covid, and the negative work environment

At my store we need to communicate better and work as a team. And i know covid has effected may companies, i feel as if my managers always demand we stay later then our scheduled times if they are short handed. They never ask they just say no one leaves until everything is done. Theres other things.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

We all do so much hard work in express lane and i just feel un appreciated. I go out of my way in the kindness of my heart to help the company and keep a positive work environment but its usually always negative. i just wish we could work as a team not as enemies. i hate coming into work now.
