
Commodity. Collectively completing the job.
Communicate with the employees...not just when there is a disciplinary action.
I will feel better after acquiring a position elsewhere. Growth/opportunities are only for those "in the clique".
Co-workers. We help each other get through the day. The ill treatment from management is geared toward minorities. We are there for each other.
Customer service improvement. Employee treatment needs to improve. Only when we stand together does management "rethink" the next step. Attempt to be proactive instead of reactive. Again, communicate with your employees. We all want to succeed and no one person has all the answers.
My interview was set up to see if I would return. I dressed for an interview but was told to clean vehicles for 6 hours only to be told by the general manager "they didn't know". Back to the communication piece and just let your word and handshake mean something.
