C level needs to speak up and do what's right. They need to communicate, the good and the bad, up and down.

Leadership is not aligned at this moment. Making it very hard to move forward. Everyone feels unsupported and that they need to just do their jobs and cover their tracks. CEO blames everyone for everything and thinks he is the only one able to do everything.
