The openness of communication. I'm encouraged to ask a lot of questions, of a lot of different people. Curiosity translates into passion for the work.
Review from Sales Dept
Very inclusive, helpful and people are genuinely happy.
No jerks allowed. It's great.
The company is open to new ideas, they realize they are not right about everything and there are plenty of areas to improve, so if you like solving problems, this is a great place.

Also I have a few things to get done for the week
We have a strong set of cultures, that we are asked to adhere to everyday. Individuals and teams embody them, which makes it a fantastic place to work.
ID.me sometimes gives us free stuff and pays for events, but not nearly as frequently as other companies in the area or industry.
ID.me cannot seem to decide what the culture should be. We're caught right now between a work environment that wants to act both like an intensely secure government job and a cool start up.
Everyone treats each other with respect, kindness, and dignity. The culture here is unmatched.
Culturally, the company is trying to be a laid back IT style company but still likes to micromanage. However, the work is really easy once you get the hang of it and since they don't really incentivize being better than your peers you aren't obligated to go above and beyond.
Approachable colleagues and managers regardless of the level
Everyone is amazingly nice. Like, so nice that you think they're fake but they're not. They're actually like that in real life.
Friendly people and MS department still trying to hold on to the Culture and Core values.
The core values are not just some corporate jargon and I feel they are embodied daily. My favorite is ask questions like a 5 year old!
Extremely diverse company that embraces everyone's differences.
Jerks need not apply - the company culture is very respectful, collaborative, and supportive.
Review from Marketing Dept
The core value "Don't be a jerk" makes the organization a positive place to be. Belittling and berating is not tolerated and the organization rewards teamwork and cohesiveness.
The mission- we know we're working to solve problems that are huge societal issues in our country
Don't be A Jerk --> Everyone lives that value every day!
Review from Sales Dept
Everyone is supportive and quick to jump in and assist.
We need a culture first. We have none. New leaders at the top.
Focus on employees and the vision of what to do. Focus on making things better rather than thrashing around chasing every leadership whim.
The CEO needs to become more receptive to feedback. Everyone agrees with him because they fear losing their jobs.
It's a top down, burnout culture. Many hours and very little technical or career growth. There is no visibility or leadership. Rather it's making things very fast and then spending nights trying to manually fix people stuck trying to get their benefits from many states. It's terribly demoralizing.
The CEO's toxic conceitedness, inconsistent micro-management, vindictiveness towards those who don't fawn over his ideas and constant blaming of others for his poor decisions have created a culture that devalues leadership and data based decisions and rewards brown nosing and blind allegiance.
Review from Admin Dept
Maybe a new CEO who would value and trust his employees.
