How employees describe working at ID.me
My experience has been pretty positive, I'm part of a good team. We support each other on tasks and during projects, especially when I really lean into the 'ask questions like a 5-year old' part. Onboarding is taken seriously but I wasn't expected to know everything even when that finished.
Review from Sales Dept
I have loved my onboarding process and learning the product. Blake Hall is a fantastic CEO and very reachable and approachable. The rest of the team is knowledgeable and always there to help. Not to mention the product is fantastic.
Simplicity of the products offered
No jerks allowed. It's great.
The customer service it needs to be improved a lot. I have an issue with IDME and my account which was suspended for fraud and now I need to use it for Unemployment and I have been emailing since November 17, 2023 and my issue is still not resolved I cannot get My money from Unemployment
