What did you like most about the interview process? The interview process is difficult but every part has a reason, it's not like one of those companies where they make you wait just to see if you'll stay for hours to be a good worker bee. I personally liked the example project.
What makes you most happy at work?I don't think I can pick just one thing. I'm truly happy to work with people I like, on projects where I think the work actually means something good, and with a flexible schedule that means I can take my mom to a doctor's appointment in between tasks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The openness of communication. I'm encouraged to ask a lot of questions, of a lot of different people. Curiosity translates into passion for the work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? They keep doing employee surveys but not making any changes
What needs to change to make the company culture better? We need a culture first. We have none. New leaders at the top.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication is something everyone could be better at
