ID.me Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Super comprehensive benefits IMO. Health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k and stuff, I could've signed up for pet insurance. And the company swag is crazy good, I wear the north face jacket all the time and I like the notebooks we get at every event. Also snacks, all day every day.

Review from Sales Dept

Great base and commission payout. Very confident company since they are happy to pay people who perform. Several people on the sales team have been here 10+ years.

Employees are given equity in the company, and if we're successful in our mission, we'll all be rewarded handsomely

Review from HR Dept

Pay is good for the industry

Pay is reasonable for job title

Competitive pay and benefits with significant equity upside.

The most important thing is that I have a great time

The ability to get share options.

The equity offering is generous.

Very competitive salary, if you are rated highly in the interview process. Competitive against the major tech companies in Northern VA.

Cheap healthcare, doesn't seem to be too expensive. Dental could be better

Matching retirement contributions, health insurance.

Have Unlimited Paid Time Off

There is Unlimited PTO for salaried staff.

It's fine if the nights, weekends and missed vacations aren't figured in. If you average across overtime, the pay is just meh.

Unlimited PTO and the ability to work from anywhere in the world.

Salary, time off, and performance based incentives.

The base salary is good and there are stock options and commission based on performance. With so much growth, it can be stressful but certainly can be a lucrative career path.

Unlimited PTO for sure! The health benefits are also top notch.

Review from Marketing Dept

Parental leave, unlimited PTO, wellness apps

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

ID.me does not give raises based on tenure, or performance. ID.me does not do cost of living raises. ID.me does not give you a raise parallel to other positions in the company. So if you started off making $3 more than the position under you, that gap can be closed.

The most money is in options, but they are paid with long, long hours and demoralizing results.

It's essentially a call center so you are just a cog in the machine and you aren't really an individual. Getting paid more would be nice but it isn't expected.

A bit more compensation for the workload, but overall, we are paid VERY fair in regards to the market
