ID.me Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview process is difficult but every part has a reason, it's not like one of those companies where they make you wait just to see if you'll stay for hours to be a good worker bee. I personally liked the example project.

Review from Sales Dept

I got to meet with several members of the team to gain a good idea of the team and who I will work with. Everyone seemed happy and helpful. Now that I'm here it is still true

Individual face time with higher ups

The culture. Everyone is friendly and passionate.

Great job and I will be home

The culture interviews that ask great questions, to see if you are the right fit.

I liked the promptness of the recruiter and how quickly she provided feedback about my interviews going well and moving me forward.

I enjoyed the panel process, getting to meet multiple people from different parts of the department. Nothing ridiculous about the interview process length either, two weeks from initial call to offer.

It was fine and easy.

Did all three interviews back-to-back-to-back and one of them didn't know the difference between empathy and apathy so that made me feel confident in my abilities for the job.

Learning and interacting with applicants and interviewers

I liked getting to meet my team leads beforehand.

You get to meet a lot of people.

The culture assessment was great.

Everyone I spoke to was brilliant and I was more excited to speak to the next person about the company, their job, and future.

Able to meet multiple people to get a better understanding of the culture and mentality of the company.

How in-depth it is. ID.me truly seeks out the best candidates and their interview process ensures those individuals align with our core values.

Review from Marketing Dept

It was thorough, but not overly so. They do purposeful interviewing to make sure candidates are a good cultural fit.
