What are some of the best things about your team?

Great communication and support when it's crunch time with a lot of projects getting juggled. It sounds stupid but until you're on a team that actually puts in the teamwork, you can't appreciate the simple stuff that's normally expressed in buzzwords.

My team is highly collaborative, smart, driven to solve for our company mission, which is to leave no identity behind.

Lots of communication, open to ideas and constructive criticism, feels like the stop to change lands in the C-Suite tho, which can be a bad look over time

It's laid back since our department only do emails and you don't have to worry about other people being on calls.

I absolutely love my team-- we're a bunch of geeks and nerds and creators all in one place.

Everyone brings their A game. Everyone operates like an owner.

Everyone is willing to help and share knowledge. You can reach out to pretty much anyone in the company across departments and they are willing to help however they can. At the same time, everyone is very busy or booked so finding time to connect can be a bit difficult.

People are tired and unmotived they are generally unhappy with the changes

The people who have been there longest actively hold back on innovation and quality. They need to focus on making important things rather than quick things.

There are a lot of great people. But the focus is on making terrible things fast instead of making something to be proud of.

Management needs to provide a clear picture of goals so team members know what they are working on.
