What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have asked for feedback and listened to the employees, we have regular town halls with leaders to understand what they're working on and to share exciting updates.

C level needs to speak up and do what's right. They need to communicate, the good and the bad, up and down.

Speaking up and doing the right thing. C suite is expensive but not pulling their weight. CEO has diminished their influence to nothing.

Employees are given equity in the company, and if we're successful in our mission, we'll all be rewarded handsomely

A bit more compensation for the workload, but overall, we are paid VERY fair in regards to the market

The company is open to new ideas, they realize they are not right about everything and there are plenty of areas to improve, so if you like solving problems, this is a great place.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership is not aligned at this moment. Making it very hard to move forward. Everyone feels unsupported and that they need to just do their jobs and cover their tracks. CEO blames everyone for everything and thinks he is the only one able to do everything.
