Upper management thinking about the choices they make and how they impact the people below them.
Actually looking at market rates for my job and realizing the world gets more expensive every day and to help offset that.
A few of them are personable, the rest make decisions and change them 5 minutes later and cause massive confusion. So, not much.
We all jump to help one another and get things done. However, our need to do this is usually from some hair brained decision from the executive team that doesn't make any sense.
