Autonomy. So long as your assigned tasks are completed according to a schedule (which you typically set) you can pick up other tasks and projects as you see fit.

Ludicrously smart and friendly folks that share common tasks but each have their own specialty. If you need something done and don't know how, chances are your team can point you in the right direction.
