What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary is fine, it is at least fair

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The selling point of Intel benefits is that Intel contributes ~100% but it is a BASIC package that really does not cover Prescriptions or Drs visits. Very disappointing.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Definitely a meeting happy place. Ineffective time management and alot of 'meetings about a meeting" in my area, anyway.
