Leadership stays at a high level which is someway proper. However, when you brought a new role in the company and the person who fills in the role resigned consecutively - you might want to take a closer look at what is going on. It might not be an issue with the person resigning but their manager.

Transparency. Transparency. Transparency. Aside from that, supporting and listening to individual employee's growth areas and properly supporting them as well as getting to know an employee for who they are rather than who the manager/team wants them to be.

Sabbatical

Undervalued doesn’t just mean that you’ve paid below national or state average. Undervalued can also means that they know you are a talented person and a good fit for the role, yet they still try to micromanage you which results in lacks of growth and inability to be creative.

A manager that is transparent and support career growth, proper compensation for my skills and talent, free food or at least better pricing on food items, and last but not least a culture and morale that puts the team before the individual. All are lacking at Intel corporation.

They need to stop thinking that problem solving is one way and a new person isn’t always there as a threat.

Trust, respect, and collaboration. On my team, the managers have created an inner circle of a few trusted team members. After a few months on the team, I found that my peers were entrusted with watching my every move and reporting it to management. Created a sense of disrespect and distrust.

Don’t hire first time people manager. They are often a micromanager and authority based. This people are culture crusher

Morale, pay, benefits, support, everything. Everyone raves about the stock price going up, but then programs that make employees happy are cut at that cost. The company needs to put employees first before its shareholders and investors.

Communication, trust, and honesty are all going wrong. Operating as a team means putting the team before the person - it can only be improved by proper manager training and realigning management to listen to employees concerns
