People work to help each other, and have what I would describe as almost a family style relationship with each other. It goes beyond the relationship in the office, to a point where we know each other's spouses, children, hobbies, etc...

Ability to listen to feedback from employees, leadership in the industry, willing to take on a competitive challenge from either our customers and/or outside fabless tech company, and focus our planning on a 5-7 year global timeframe rather than just a 2-3 US based timeframe. #iamintel

They look for depth and breadth of the interview candidate, and have a planned interview process where each member of the interview team has specific areas that they will focus on, and they will pass along notes to the rest of the team based on their interview in real-time for things to drill into.
