Used to be THE place to get a job and work at, good wages, good benefits, good management. Now, management is a nightmare, working conditions are bad (not enough people for the workload).

Treat the workers like people, not just a number. Get rid of the CIPP, which is actually taking pay away from wage workers. Go to a controlled piecework. Pay for certain amount of parts, any extra you don't get paid for (unless building service parts).

Taking care of their employees. Taking care of the employees will create a better work enviroment, happier employees, that will do a better job and give their best effort to make better parts. Take care of your employees and they will take care of your customers.

Qu’est-ce que vos collègues doivent améliorer et comment pouvez-vous mieux travailler ensemble?

Not to be lied to! Not be forced to do the work of 3 people, so that the company can save a few bucks. Increase the amount of pensions by at least twice that you are giving now, and include some medical benefits to go with it. Stop the harassment that the human resources puts out on the work floor.
