I have been here 43 years, through many changes. With few exceptions, I have worked with people who are honorable and caring. Management has always been available, has had my back. I have been able to stay informed by joining committees . I have aways been proud of my organization.

They always have my back, they always get me the answer, and they help me fix things without making me feel like I'm a problem.

I do not see animosity. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and we are frequently thanked by the supervisors. I have been here 43 years and it has always been so.

The fact that I can always take a problem to a supervisor and have confidence she will do her best to solve it. It prevents lots of snags when you know help is pretty quickly available, and you don't have to worry about getting scolded

It should match the comparable positions in the area. My pay should be comparable to others in my situation in this community. I do not feel undervalued as a person,do feel valued by mangement. But we need a pay raise. It's been a long time.
