dental, life insurance for myself and kids

In this day and age it is nice to have medical insurance and the clinic downstairs to help insure my medical care is affordable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just wish we made more as we know the starting wages for our Nurse Practioners

My evaluation is always late and the raise percent is low. I feel new employees are starting at a higher rate, which is very close to my current rate of pay.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
although i am training and most of the time I am bored, i still volunteer to get more hands-on training. Any questions that I ask, the girls answer them.

What makes you most happy at work?
I believe when I actually start to work by myself, it would be not having to be micromanaged. That makes me the happiest due to bad micromanaging at previous workplace. And being able to listen to music and work at the same time. To me that makes me happy because I can be relaxed and focused
