I just wish we made more as we know the starting wages for our Nurse Practioners

For the most part we are crossed trained to help out when someone is out on the team
What makes you most happy at work?
knowing i can usually set a goal for that day and get that goal completed during that 1 day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the willingness of my Manager and Supervisor to help with any questions we may have during the day of work
