Leadership is timely with disseminating information to staff that will be impacted. Reasoning for changes is clearly stated with any requests for adaptations. Continuity of messaging and follow up has occurred as stated with all scenarios I have been involved with. Thank you.

Valuing employees with pay and benefits that compete with other similar companies. Investment matching, yearly pay increases and salary are not good and well below average.

Having leaders in force the policy no matter if they are friends with coworkers. Example: PCM & Intake/Scheduler are allowed to Vape in office, yes, she is aware they do it in front of her. Allows them to come / go as they please.

Treating their bottom-line people with more respect and pay us . We are the ones who do the grunt work and keep this company moving. We need to be compensated for additional work being put on us. We need to be compensated for the treatment. People will not stop quitting unless there is actual change

Need a better understanding of the employee's work responsibilities. There is no consistency or fairness with the work responsibilities. Leadership needs to consider when adding new job responsibilities what effect it has on completing your work task.
