I feel the commission package is lacking. We have such limits are what we get paid for and the amount paid per referral is far below standard commission compared to other home health in my area

A decent raise that would at least cover the cost of living increase. Every year for the past 3 years I was told that a 2% increase is all they are allowed to approve, and I think that is unjust.

The bonus program is not what I was promised when hired. I can only bonus on two insurances but need to build a network of referral sources. Now another new stipulation imposed, target scoring. Target scoring does not allow any rep (especially new) to develop relationships within the community.
