The director of the customer connections department is incredibly unprofessional and regularly embarrasses people in the group chat. Our benefits are not worth the horrible work environment and there isn't enough PTO to reset from the stress of working under terrible management

Need communication, there is none. It has been worse since June due to problems with bonus Waiver MA allotted for CM due to Covid 19. They never asked how Waiver works, process was not paid out properly. We get $50 month, no matter how many times we see clients or needs they have.

With the rising cost of food and everyday needs our paychecks are not keeping up with the cost of living. By providing more incentive to keep talented staff and offer a competitive pay with good benefits we will keep and invite the kind of employees that we want to have working for our company.

I feel undervalued secondary to being changed from per visit to salaried which resulted in a 40% pay cut. I also feel undervalued because we were told that if we didn't like the salary assigned to us that we could look for work elsewhere and that it was not open for discussion and no raises.

They need to be trained more extensively in the rev cycle all together. Also need to be brought down and don't think they know everything and learn constructive criticism.

better training, orientation, preceptorship program, communication, stop just hiring "warm bodies", if the ADONs have to work the floor, they should actually work the floor, not just hide in the office and pretend to charge. Management should be a reference point. ours are not at all

Management needs to be honest and stop signing on people who don't qualify so she gets her bonus. Executive director is sneaky and lies about everything. Management is lazy and won't even make a phone call if you need support
