My clients. They are what keeps me working here. My clients do not have any dealings with office. They have my cell phone number if need CM they call. I started working Caretenders skilled RN 1997-2000. Waiver 2000-2003. This last time 2017 to now.
Need communication, there is none. It has been worse since June due to problems with bonus Waiver MA allotted for CM due to Covid 19. They never asked how Waiver works, process was not paid out properly. We get $50 month, no matter how many times we see clients or needs they have.
I only have 35 clients and rarely go to office. The co-workers are great to work with there. There is no one in office except director and ED which stay in office. State director has office there. Atmosphere work is low if co-workers not there. They do not have anyone answering phones.
I receive no benefits due to being PRN. Money division was done with units, which we are paid one lump sum a month/which if done in units would be 4 units. We finally explained this and they stated nothing they can do, they did this in all states. HHA made more than Case Managers.
We help each other because we have no one to help us. We contact other employees who we used to work for when we have problems. We have gone through approx. 4 Directors, ED, and 2 State directors since January. I did not rate new office director and ED person, they just started few weeks.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sad to learn of your less than positive experience working here. LHC Group is committed to a culture of trust and belonging, and we continuously look for ways to enhance our employee experience.
