Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More attainable STI/ competitive base

Imdervalued because management does not recognize one's value, worth, or clinical experience which is ised ti assistnpeoviders, referral sources, and patients. Individual Pay is low based on years of service and experience. Another reason one feels under- valued.

Our Comp plan could be better. We have one of the lower structures in the county

Our compensation structure was drastically cut in January so it's hard to say that I feel good about it. I have inusrance and it seems to be comparable to other company insurance plans. I have not used any other benefits.

We need to change our culture in the office. We used to be another company and all employee's are the same as they were prior to being purchased by LHC. Team members need to want to grow, need to treat all patients as they would their parents and we need to be more compassionate.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Offer more attractive salaries and benefits packages to attract more clinicians and keep/make existing employees happy. Make 401k matching greater, offer better health insurance plans, reduce time to be fully vested with the company, create more attrractive bonus payouts, etc.

I wish there was better communication. I feel sales gets one message and ops gets a different message. Therr are not group calls so we all are on the same page. Messaging is very confusing. Upper management would do well to spend a cpuple of days in offices to actually see how they are run.

Bullying, retaliation, slander- it should be addressed and appropriate action should be taken

Meeting the PPG portion of my job is very stressful and it doesn't feel good when I do not make my goal. I feel there are many factors out of my control, which my success is based. Contests are fun, but I don't always agree with pushing AE's to "win." It goes against why I do my job.
