After 17 years of employment, it can honestly say that thisbis one of the best organizations to work for. It is where I gained a pleathera of experience that molded me as a nurse. Very grateful for the journey it has taken me on.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most averyone works together as a team in our branch. This has alot to do with the branch leadership- ED/BOM and the employees that work with them. Teamwork and communication
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Imdervalued because management does not recognize one's value, worth, or clinical experience which is ised ti assistnpeoviders, referral sources, and patients. Individual Pay is low based on years of service and experience. Another reason one feels under- valued.
