I have been here nearly 12 years. I have seen some bad and some great. When you have management that cares it makes it work the time and effort you put in your job. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

Everyone cares about each other. If someone is having a bad day we work to make that persons day better. If someone needs something we are there to support that person. We are family.

We are a family. My office staff are always willing to do what needs to be done to make us successful. Our clinicians care about what they do. We could not ask for better people.

I have been here going on 12 years. I have had bad managers here and bad leadership. The group we have now cares about the people that work for them. They are trying their best to do what is best while struggling to find staff.

I don't a lot more than any business manager in the East TN region. I am called upon for help from every PCM, I have home office staff that calls me for help. I have other business mangers that call on me for help. I am just not paid for what I do as a leader.
