I have enjoyed working here- there have been many ups and downs but we truly have a solid team that gets things done and accomplished. I truly feel at home here and hope that future advancement opportunities will become available once I am ready to take the next step.

All of my coworkers are very positive and truly have a passion for healthcare. Working in a company that has employees with a heart of compassion and a compassionate leadership team makes all the difference.

My leadership team is personable which makes it less intimidating to bring up issues within the work place or errors with our work flow. Leaders who are approachable are a great asset in the work place.

I like how well we work together and how effective our communication is when coordinating patient care. It sometimes takes multiple people to complete insurance verification. It's nice to have a team who trusts each other.

I enjoy working independently and taking on new tasks. I often get assigned special projects in my department to help clean up or help assist in a difficult situations. I enjoy having the freedom to work independently without being micromanaged.

We all work really well together and many of us have worked with each other for several years. We know we can rely on each other when things come up and we all work together to communicate about patient needs and work together to resolve issues.

It is definitely discouraging to only have one pay increase opportunity per year at only two percent increase. A lot of our benefit "specials" are useless unless you travel frequently. It would be nice to see LHC Group partner with local businesses and communities to offer more meaningful perks.

I appreciate that our leadership is always open to feedback on what processes are working or if we need to alert them to issues with patient accounts. Having a leadership team that is approachable makes working in a collaborative department enjoyable. We all work together to meet our unified goal.

I feel that LHC Group does a great job of hiring people who are compassionate and motivated to help make a difference in the lives of loved ones locally and across the country. Everyone I have gotten to know here really has a passion for helping others which makes working here so pleasant.

What makes me happy is having leaders who are happy to assist but do not micromanage. I work best when I have the space to do my job and work independently. I also enjoy listening to music or audiobooks while I work which helps me focus and feel more relaxed in our fast paced environment.

It is very frustrating to work in a full time position and not be able to afford rent because the cost of living has increased drastically. I can't afford to be self sufficient because I don't make enough to afford my own place to rent. I also don't make enough to be able to save to purchase a home
