I've been here for so long that I don't remember life before LHC so I guess you can say it's been a good experience overall. There are bad days. There have been some bad coworkers along the way. But overall, the pay/benefits are the only things where I see room for improvements.

We all get along really well, and work together as a team. Everyone is always willing to step up and help.

Our ED is a God loving woman and is very compassionate for us as well as our patients. Her compassion trickles down to her employees. She is the 3rd director since I started and the environment is so much better under her. She makes us all better employees.
