The avg pay for a MSW in GA is $34.50/hr in GA. I make $29/hr in GA & do above average work based on productivity & commplimemts from our patient families which were submitted to higher ups. The sign on bonus for a new RN is $7500 but my retention bonus was $1000. mileage reimbursement is minimal
