They are all extremely helpful when it comes to asking questions as a new person on the team. No one turns you away or acts as if you are inconveniencing them.

The upper management team in my division/region are amazing. They want people to succeed and do well in the company. They were very encouraging and uplifting when I originally showed interest in my new position.
