The majority of my Sales Team is fantastic. Unfortunately there are a few bad apples that sometimes can spoil the whole bushel, as the saying goes. One particular apple lowers morale for the whole market.

It is a rough transition period for our market right now. I am trying to hang in there and stick it out, help the company maintain its stellar reputation. Many of us are working too much for the salary we are paid, and struggling with our work-life balance. I feel leadership is working on this.
