I have been very satisfied with my time at LHC and the support and from my peers and leaders has been solid. I wish for bigger career ladder but understand in my role that might be limited.

I feel our leadership team is in tune with all the staff. They are available and approachable to discuss any topic. And I feel they truly care about each person.

I feel compensation is a slippery slope, and that many factors come into play that should be taken into consideration beyond just the job title. From region specific cost of living to sheer rev. vol managed to consistent STI performance being paid out.
