
I struggle to find one
There is no team approach. Something i brought to mamagmemt several times.
Refused to give raises even based on high performing *distinguished reviews. Employee's are not given the opportunity for advancement by applying for roles. Was denied the opportunity to even interview. Higj turn over rate speaks to unsatisfactory leadership.
I do work that is not in my job description related to training, interviewing and omboarding. Managment refused to acknowledge or compensate me for the work that was done. After a distinguished review I was denied a raise.
I've become disalusioned with the company because I have had my Executive director lie to my face on more than one occasion. I was denied a raise despite my work ethic and quality being continually being praised. There is no opportunity for growth or advancement
