Sales not only is selling, but they are also having to field operational issues, helping with finance issues, and handling IT issues. Manager I status is more in line with what we are handling from a work load perspective.
Just the market currently. Customers are upset about levels of service from the railroad and our customer service reps slow response times. Sales then fields a lot of calls from customers who are angry. We can't really sell in very many areas right now either.
