The more I do, the more work and scope is passed on, and I feel underappreciated or undercompensated.

I am given KPI's that no one can achieve, which I meant to lose the variable. My salary does not increase, but only the work scope increases every year.

Good co-workers are quitting in droves. We need to get the low-morale people leave or change, but there are no leaders willing to build the culture in my region.

They should do more market research and look at the non-U.S. region more seriously like our competitors do. Right now, everything is too US-centric and we are missing the strategy of growing regions.
