It's been very good from the first interview I had. My role is challenging and I usually think I'm not doing enough, but I feel supported.

I'm on a great team. From my manager up to the CEO is a strong reporting line. There's a tremendous amount to do and a big opportunity at hand. It's hard to get it all done and at the level that's expected across the many fronts.

It starts at the top with Amir and Amy. I don't think you'd get such a warm & caring culture without that being part of who they are. It shows in how the entire org interacts with each other. People assume the best, give feedback constructively and productively. Differing opinions are valued.
