In general the company is very good, lovely people working here; however, at this moment the company is not in the best moment honestly, I feel insecure in my role, the current leadership in my role kind of confused sometimes, we feel supported but at the same time attacked.

We have excellent people here, very professional, they are always willing to help others.

I really like the way they treat us as people not as numbers. It's one of the strongest values in the company

Very demotivated, limited to do my tasks, not very excited to participate in projects or things that will burden your work without any compensation

The culture at MDLZ is very positive, I have had the opportunity to interact with different people and different departments, they have made me feel part of the company, no matters your position

I could have a lot of expectations to grow up professionally into the company; however, being realistic there are not opportunities to get any promotion here. I am very demotivated to start doing new things since I know I am not going anywhere

I think my mental health is first, of course, there are some days when we have a lot of thing to do but it doesn't make a negative job environment. I could say this is the first place where I feel peace when I'm working
