I work 10-12 hours most days usually work 5-6 hours on weekends as well. I don't mind the work but they have literally taken all work incentives away from us and our employees. Team $ for events, DRPs, etc. The morale was much different when those things existed.

When my employees aren't spending half the day asking me to look for drivers that dont use their GPS. Being able to actually do constructive things rather than hunting down late trucks
