Everyone is friendly, hardworking, genuinely wants what's best for you and the team. The team is inclusive and dedicated to DEI as well.

I'd like to see more actions when it comes to DEI and leadership. We speak highly of DEI and having diverse workforces, but our leadership team does not reflect that.

I feel like for the most it isn't as cutthroat as other CPG companies and there is a good work life balance. I don't feel pressured to work more than required and I can truly enjoy PTO.
