Accomplishing tasks and improving the customer experience. For me being busy is important and being able to contribute to ways to improve what we are doing is very important.

It seems with the new changes that people who are not pulling their weight are being moved on to allow more focused individuals to join the team. The tolerance for mistreatment of others, while not always addressed does seem to be frowned upon and sometimes actions are taken. We are like a family.
