Unlimited PTO, some of the insurance coverage (I can't speak on all as I am not signed up for medical), but dental and vision is a plus.

They are always available to speak with regarding issues, but also take action and put their words into action to assure the work environment is everything it needs to be.

There is always something to do. You may have to seek it out, but it's there. I like being busy as I feel the day goes by so much faster.

I love being able to work remotely. Not only does it save so much time with commute/money for gas, it's nice to not have to get out if I am not feeling my best.
