I have worked here a very long time and through multiple mergers. The current executive team is top notch, the best I have seen. That culture is slowly drifting through the organization, improving morale and honestly the quality of the employees and attitudes/work ethic. The best years are coming

The pay. I make a good salary. I would appreciate a better 401k match. When I need to travel or host clients, I am treated well and reimbursed fairly.

My job is really challenging and I get to grow all the time. Each day there are challenging tasks on my plate that I need to get geared up to dive into and work through. It's good, positive work.

They have a vision and execute agressively toward it. They do invest resources toward their goals, which is very encouraging. They do not wait around for 18 months before making decisions, they move. I am confident they are going to compete very strongly in our market.
