NWN – It's been good but with all the M&A lately and other departments dictating what my department does it's been a lot to deal with. I wish the company would look at the individual departments and then the overall company. When was the last time anyone asked what each department is experiencing?

For the amount of work/stress on any given day and the fact that I am not just doing my job description, I think the company needs to look into who is being paid what. Pay increase/monthly bonus.

While any organization goes through challenging times, the speed and flexibility with which NWN moved was invigorating.
