Commission for sales is not capped and they haven't done what many competitors have done which is to take away commissions on renewals as that is a bit part of what the sales team works on, not just net new sales.

Willingness to listen to what the employees are saying and putting improvements into action in the "you said, we did" program. There is a strong emphasis on balance in the workplace. People are very respectful of having meetings during working hours as well and on interupting family time.
