The culture feels a bit like a startup, which I like. Executive leadership can move fast but that's not always a good thing. Some decisions make me feel expendable. I will be as loyal to the company as I feel the company is loyal to me. If I feel expendable, I will be less loyal.

I asked for a raise for my base salary, which has only gone up once in several years, and was denied. I adjusted my base salary that I was hired with for inflation and, even just to keep up with inflation, would be a significant raise.
