It's hard to describe the experience as I've had three managers over the last three years. Strategy has changed, partners have changed and we're in the middle of another acquisition. Managed chaos might be a example, but we've got talented people who are all about moving forward and .. I love it!

It's hard to tell. HR used to be very engaged when I first started. I feel like that model has changed. Understanding the compensation package without assistance isn't super easy.

I'm not sure the company and its people execute well to the culture positions. I would love to be able to recite the vision, mission and culture positions but at this time I can't say we're doing this.

Winning deals, chasing deals and constantly learning and crafting my skills. I feel that our customers and the offerings we sell are right for the times and I am excited to work here even with our challenges. I see our upside outpace our downsides by a long mile.

For executive leadership, I only ask that we are provided with strategic alignment. For management, I would like to see more doing and less talking. My manager has me work outside the process because process are broken. I'd rather see us work to solve the challenges versus navigating around it.
