I used to look forward to going to work. Now, I can't stand the place. Corporate is running the stores into the ground, and all we can do is try to slow the sinking of the ship.

The only positives are the very few people who show up to work regularly, and actually work while they're there.

The only leadership I've seen is with my store manager. The only things we get from higher is complaints, and new job duties/services to sell with little to no training.

Stop raising prices, adding new job duties, and cutting payroll. Also, fire your procurement people. If we're actually losing money on laptops and printers then someone is doing something wrong on the executive level.
