What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they try to keep their employees happy, which is something the team at my last job didn't care about.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The newly appointed leadership was ill-advised. Many were chosen based on tight friendships and threats to leave vs true ability. Awful.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
My last job didn't have any benefits, so anything's a step up.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Why is it that people with more knowledge and put in more work have to get paid the same as people that work at Office Depot who don’t do much of anything. My manager even takes it upon himself to take time and enjoy a long conversation with a frequent “friend”.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It only takes one to ruin a whole work environment. What’s worse is when a manager cares more about the numbers then that of their team.

We often work in silos. I think trying to put ourselves in the shoes of others in other dept's would enable us to collaborate better.

I do what I have to and try not to focus on others to much. I’d rather do what I have to and leave.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It's all gone downhill. Not much to change it except to make wrongs right - too late now.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management of hours and how none of us can find a future being their. As well as being able to have our managers realize those who disrupt work. To improve: actually open their eyes to seeing what’s happeneing.
