When I do my job right, I create the opportunity for work for others. I enjoy being able to create jobs for other people to share in our success.

It is a collaborative, team environment. We want each other to succeed and help each other to that success. We celebrate wins together, and make a community out of our workplace.

I enjoy that if I'm successful at my job, we earn more contracts, which means we can hire more people. I like providing stable employment for others as well as high-quality products for our customers.

I appreciate that I have the ability to work remotely and still stay integrated with my team. The support I have been shown as a military spouse- moving around while working- can't be beat. It is incredible!
